Kankakee Business Burglarized

City police were called to a business in the 1000 block of East Birch Street Tuesday in connection with the burglary of alcohol, some 2,700 dollars in alcohol.  The owner told officers when he arrived he found the door open and hooch gone.  Police say there appeared to be no forced entry to business and they are investigating.  If you can assist the investigation call city police at 933-0426.
